nice drama.. im glad ahsan khan is finally doing a good role instead of his pathan and punjabi fahim burney type dramas. faiq khan is really good too.

saiqa ka character sy juggun main thori masommiyat agai hai.itny dramy arahy hain ajjkal itna time hi nahin hota k sary drama dakhain.

excellent drama ! shamim hilali is superb . but i dont like juggan she is not suitable for the role.

OMG i love this drama, i watched the whole thing on youtube and can’t wait for the rest, finally a drama which truly does justice to the novel/story its based on! more shocking is the discovery that Mikaal and Juggun can finally act! very good portrayal of their characters, much better play than other adaptations on air like ‘tair e lahoti’ and ‘dil diya dehleez’, both are disasters as far as casting and character portrayal is concerned.

its sarwat gillani who actually plays the gaoon ki larki in the first half of the play, i like the second half better where Juggan, her daughter, comes in and who is raised as a present day cinderella in the haveli surrounded by mean and nasty relatives. and for once she actually looks the part of the victim, absolutely no makeup, messed up hair, very dowdy clothes.

yep it is, in the second half. it is quite romantic, the cousin (ahsan khan) who made her life hell ends up falling head over heels for her and thankfully no over-acting so far.

I went through most of 2nd part via youtube yesterday n it was awesome!
Very good acting by all except some scenes where Juggun should had done a little bit more hard work… but overall good performance by her… She did the role of a mazloom girl very effectively. Same goes to Ahsan Khan who is indulged fully in his role…

Oh I watched Juggan’s interview. It was interesting, she told how she has been in a movie in Canada ( Sweet Destiny)… she has a son, divorced, was married to a drug addict.

actually i think the main prblm is that juggn ki looks aisi nhi hen k wo aise bichari type roles kare....usay suit nhi krte...but in Saiqa us ne koshish to puri ki hy phir b kuch kami reh gae hy jis ki waja se wo apne character k sath justice nhi kr saki.....well sab nazar ka khel hy....!
