from westridge........ although the traffic in pindi is getting horrendous now!!!!!!!
and we have all the empty shell things as vases in our house from ojhri camp!!!

i went to pindi after the ojree incident...but my aunt was out that day...and she says all hell broke loose!

I liked Kamran Market....and found Raja Bazaar/Mothi bazaar very interesting but oh soooooooo congested...and way too many pervs out there...ewwwwwwww
i love this burger joint...was it burger express..some corner shop on the lower level...awesome chicken fry burger...BETTER than the LFC one, kfc was all dry-ish, but this one was awesome!!! i still crave it :)

yeh its called burger express...their food is good!

good place to hang out with the family!

Around the corner theres a restaurant...the name escapes me....its a notorius dating point!!!!

I was in Pindi on that day. Our bungalow was was near the army chief’s residency Was out relaxing/reading in the lawn when I started hearing the whooshing sounds, like the bombs falling from sky. At first I thought it to be a aerial attack from Injuns. Was a natural reaction. I went to the roof, higher ground, to check it out and saw a huge ball of smoke out in the distant. More whooshing sounds, but I couldnt see the bombs in the air or any airforce planes in the skies. Just around that time, got a call from Dad asking us to stay indoors and dont leave the house.
There was a lot of mayhem ofcourse and the rest is history. Was a saddest day in Pindi’s history.

I was not in pindi that day ,
i was very young, but i still remember , i saw my mother very upset on heraing the news , but i could not figure out the cause of her worries ,
my dad was upset as well , 2 of my cousins were lost that day , but were found later on
it was a hard day for Pindians

even i loke kamran market , the best part is everything is available there , once i had to buy chunri wala kapra , got it from there

this word reminds me a strange experience , i have never been there.
once i was left in the college , and the college was miles away from the main road , there was no public transport , etc. only then a suzuki which carried some furniture for the principal’s office came from tench bhatta , and i hired them to drop me off to my house
