SAJAL,
here's what my khala told me:
ginger [adrak] basically has "garam taaseer", its a hot food.
it kills the germs in ur body
it is good against colds
and it is good for ur digestive system
if u have a toothache, and u put it against ur tooth, it will help ease the toothache
however, according to my khala eating it everyday is not advised if you are already putting it in ur food. so dont take it everyday.
something that u can take everyday though is honey. honey is really good for u.
hope this helps :)
