Rules
1) Ratings can be done only uptil the new years eve..i.e. 31st December 2005.
2) Every guppy who posts here must rate atleast one avatar.
3) Guppy can not rate his own Avatar
4) Add a reason for your ratings to make it more meaningful. But that won’t affect final ratings.
