Exchange Rates go there and find ex rates for any currency.

at the moment its 115 ruppees to the pound. i remember the days when it used to be 140, last time i went pak. oh welll,

It went as high as Rs 146 to £1. Those bloody days. I had to convert some Rs into £ and I got robbed. Now its down around 120(?) and I have to convert some £ into Rs.

Why I am always at loss? shucks. . .
