So recently I picked up some assorted masala pouches by Rasoi Magic and Khana Khazana. They are very different recipes and styles from Shan and National, but if you are looking for some real good palak paneer, achari chicken, matter paneer or butter chicken…these are AWESOME!!!
The recipes are very easy and prep time is practically nothing!
Use the butter, yes butter paneer packet to make butter chicken…I swear it comes out as professional as Sara516’s. It’s authentic restaurant style flavor. I also made mutter paneer for a dawat, it was a hit.
These are essentially “Indian” style so don’t look at the authentic qormas or biryanis.
