When he first held the reins of captaincy, his mindset was ngative. He wasnt sure of his place in those times. And those were torried phases for pak cricket.

Now he is trying to guide pakistan out of torried phases and there isnt a better way to start this thing. Brand new team, management and he still is winning the tournament wih cent percent record. (so far it beckons)

I astill remember how he was criticized in pre-worldcup days but since then he has performed consistently, he hardly drops a catch and he is being more aggressive with his batting approach.

His field placings are innovative, bowling changes are spot on.
So far so good Rashid :k: Tougher tests ahead but there isnt a better way to start this stint. He has exceeded everyone’s expectation :):jhanda:

In the final I was little surprse to see Faisal Iqbal playing instead of Misbah ul Haq. Misbah is the real talent. He holds the best doemstic avergae and even in Internation ODI he always played well!. Do you guys think Miandad favoured his nephew?even though Haq was more deserving than faisal.

Faisal's a good player but he doesn't seem mature enough to build a big score. I agree misbah should play ahead of him, he's got a more focused attitude and is prepared to apply himself better.

Rashid captained pretty well although the way the guys bowled made things a lot easier.

I agree with you there, Miandad def favoured his nephew when it came to the team selection.

Misbah is a class act.

who mentioned beating Australia, certainly I did NOT. I m just saying he trned the team around in crisis. Australia was never mentioned.

Moin is a better batsman/slogger than Rashid, but keeping wickets… Rashid is best. Lately we have seen some consistent batting from Rashid :k:

i like moin khan rather than rashid latif.. but stilll since he proved that he is a good captainn thennn i think i will fully support him.. but moin is moin.. no comparison :)

Moin's keeping was just horrible but his batting was good at crucial times. Rashid, is one of the best keepers presently, he hardly drops a catch!

There were many people in Gupshup critcized Rashid's place in the team, well I hope those people learned their lessons.

Everyone said that he maybe a better keeper than Moin but Moin was a match winner, well Rashid has proved time by time even since the WC that he can be a good batsman.

He performaed well in WC and he has been doing the same in Sharjah.
