If the bengali’s cause was Islamic, then why did none of the Bengali Islamic organization support it? Simple: they felt that the cause of dividing a Muslim nation was so evil that it overshadowed all else. The Quran in sura 2, verse 191 defines Fitna (sedition) as being worse than murder.
Indeed, Bengali Islamists declared that it was a duty for Muslims to keep Pakistan together and raised the Razakar militia of pro-Pakistan bengalis to fight for this purpose.
Witnesses who saw the plane before it crashed reported it was flying very erratically, leading PAF investigators to suspect that a fight was taking place between the two pilots, sat one behind the other.
Rashid Minhas's body was found at the crash site strapped in; but Moti-ur-Rehman was found well away from the site - it was clear that he was not strapped in.
The theory is that Rashid Minhas ejected the canopy over the cockpit, and the forces of suction sucked Moti ur Rehman out of the airplane.
However, the plane was flying relatively low at the time (Moti-ur-Rehman would have wanted to fly below radar level to avoid being intercepted in the slow-flying trainer). If Rehman had accidentally hit the control stick on the way out, the plane would have been thrown violently to one side.
Minhas, being an inexperienced pilot, would have had no chance to correct the plane before it hit the ground.
Some of this is conjecture; none the less, the fact remains that Minhas was the only person in the plane when it crashed. he was clearly unable to control it after Motiurrehman was thrown out of it.
In other words, rather than killing himself to kill Moti-ur-Rehman, this could simply have been an accident cause by Moti-ur-rehman unintentially throwing the plane off balance at low altitude while he was being sucked out after the the canopy was ejected.
There was an elite force in the Japanese air force who used to call themselves Kamikaze. Their mission was to kill the enemy by hook or by crook, & dont return alive. The enemy at that time were the Americans. Dig up the internet, u'll find tons of articles on them.
For the kamikaze's to return alive, it was considered a shame...!
For the kamikaze's to return alive, it was considered a shame...!
The people who were kamikaze, also have a long tradition of Hara Kiri (Hounorable Suicide) which is still acceptable by their traditions, I don't think that is acceptable in our traditions.
If a Muslim is killed, humiliated and raped by another Muslim, can he get a help of a non-muslim to combat with the zaalim? While the non-muslim will also benefitted by weakening him?
Non-muslims can never be helpers of muslims...........see ayah 118 of surah 3.
So he shall let his Muslim brothers rape his mothers and sisters and kill him for demanding his rights? If you or anyone put their feet in Bengali's shoes, you would have done the same to rip apart Pakistani Army.

Although i dont support suicide bombings in Israel,i like to add an interesting fact. All Israelis are war trained from 18 onwards,so at the time of war all their population above 18 can be called to serve. Also they do rotations, and reserves serve regularly in the army.
I even overheard some Israelis here in canada, bragging about shooting m-16s in Israel coz it was hard to get weapons in Canada.
Here in Pakistan we are all kept in the dark about the whole situation .i want to ask our sincere leaders why we arent taught that part of our history,i mean it is our history.
First of all,the biggest reason was greed of power, our dictators didnt want to lose power. And then Bhutto shud have rejected the offer,if he knew he had lost and supported rehmans cause. Its a story of a series of tragic events rather than one sudden revolt.Add to that the influential business families in the west, who didnt want to lose power. The fact is,that Pakistans govt. was the aggressor, and they tried to suppress a geniune uprising with brutal force, which never works.I mean what were they thinking, look at the whole human hisotry,it has never worked.
And finally,Indian siezed the opportunity. It might be an interesting debate to see if the uprising would have been successful if the Indian never joined it,it would have been long and i dont know abt tht outcome, but that surely doesnt change the fact that we made the mistakes.
Rishad minhas's case could be different, since he wasnt actually the aggressor.
U talked about suicide missions not traditions...!!! As long as war is concerned, there is only one thing that should be remembered, that you'll die or come back alive an be a ghazi. If u die & accomplish ur mission, then it should be considered, a job well done, or shall I rephrase & say, that a life well spent...!
