very rare,

often get trapped in nets, but fishermen let them go aparently, espacially cos they are in danger of extinction now..

This particular fish cannot really see... I think it's referred to as the blind dolphin, only found in Indus. They have created a sanctuary a few miles long where no fishing is allowed and a few surviving fish are known to be there.
