waise I think Niazi people are quite liberal mind for show-biz as they allow ladies to work in show-biz. Rubi Niazi is one example. In 1950s, there used to be this Naheed Niazi, who sung (chali re chali re chali re, main to des piya ke chali re).

I like Tufail Niazi more than Ataullah Esa Khailvi. Ataullah is for truck drivers. I think many Niazi are living in Karachi and related to fishing business.

Same here. Especially in world cup, best part is that it is best for learning car at that time in delhi, becuase everyone is at home watching and weeping over **** while getting consumed by mosquitoes :smiley:

it is called AJGAR in our place, Ahir (yadavs), Jat, Gujjar and Rajput, we are all alike, low on brain cells and high on egos. I improved because I am with Kashmir pundas now :smiley:

Niazi of Mianwali are not liberal. If you check the info about rubi, she was born in karachi and most probably she belong to urdu speaking family with origin from india. Musarat shaheen is not niazi or any other tribe, she is “mairasi”. Ataullah said in one interview that when his father saw him for the first time with dhol , baja and sing , he beat the crap out of him and refused to call him his son.
Also Niazis of isa khel would tell you that some Niazis are fake.

The Niazi (Pashto: نیازی, Nīāzī; pronounced ˈniːˈaːziː]) are one of the most important and largest Ghilzai Pashtun tribe of Afghanistan and Pakistan. The word Niazi is derived from Niazai, like the other forms of Pashtun tribes, such as Yusafzai and Orakzai. In the Pashtun tribal hierarchy, Niazi is one of the most respected tribes. Niazis in Pakistan mainly live in Bhakkar, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Chakwal District, Swabi, Mardan, Hangu, Balochistan, Kohat and Mianwali. However, a large number of the Niazi tribe still lives in parts of Afghanistan, mainly in Qalaye Niazi, Kandahar, Ghazni, Gardez, Logar and Paktia province. A considerable number have also settled in Karachi and other major Pakistani cities such as Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar. Many Niazis are also found in Turkey, In the United Kingdom the members are well integrated and successful in politics and business.[citation needed] Niazi tribe members living in Afghanistan speak Pashto, as do those inhabiting the districts of Hangu, Kohat, Swabi, Mardan, Lakki Marwat, Bannu and Mianwali. However, those Pashtuns living east of Kohat and some of those living in Punjab have not retained their ancestral language and speak Saraiki dialect which is influenced by Pashto. Niazis strongly follow the honor code known as Pashtunwali.

I also hear (may be its a joke) that Ataullah’s father was not happy with his music and once when he went to KSA for umra/ Hajj, he complained that trick driers there are also fan of his nalaiq son. In an interview, meera asked Ataullah ‘suna hai bachpan main kafi maar paRi’. he said ’ bus na pooche’? she again asked bataiye na kis cheez se piati hoti thi? :bummer:
