I know it can’t be for long term and neither is safe. However, share tips what can be done for rapid weight loss.
I need to loose some weight too that has been dragging for some time now however this is for a friend whom you can sayis so desperate and needs to loose it so bad that if not this she may loose her mind and do something stupid. To keep it simple it is for her pending marriage and she is soon to get another year older and you can say she has barely two months to loose at least 15kgs otherwise for her she says her life ends.
I know all this is too dramatic and I try reason with her that all that weight will bounce back instantly after marriage but her stance is that we will deal with it at that time but for now she needs to be fixed asap.
Please help and guide as I am really concerned for her. I have a lot less to loose yet dnt see it happening in two months.
look into PSMF - protein sparing modified fasting but she would literally feel like crap with no energy to do whatsoever. But she would def lose a lot of fat in small amount of time. I personally think it would be easier to just do normal weight loss like going to gym and stuff.
But personally, I tried it for 2 weeks because it was making me feel like crap all day, mood swings, lazy etc so I had to quit. But I lost anywhere around 2-4 lbs of body fat / week. One thing to keep in mind is to lift weight with high intensity to keep your muscle on deficit so metabolism stays up and they don’t atrophy.
Having said that, I would probably don’t do this unless I am very desperate. I would rather look into normal exercise and balanced/healthy waiting habits.
This one will work but you have to stick to it day and night, as it is a excercise plus diet control regime:
This is a combination of HIGH-INTENSITY Exercise Plus NATURAL AND BALANCED FOOD INTAKE.
Exercise regime:
Do Cardiovascular INTERVAL TRAINING for running. This would be a very slow pace for 1 minute then for 30 seconds a fast jog or sprint, then return to very slow pace for 1 minute, then fast jog or sprint for 30 seconds. Keep doing this up to a maximum of twenty minutes per session. However in initial sessions even 10 minute may not be possible for a person doing excercise after a long time. Start off with even 4 minutes a day. But the key is to make sure you do those intervals of slow and the fast and at the end of the session you should atleast feel tired or break a sweat to indicate that you have pushed yourself. Next time your capacity will increase.
The point of such interval training is that when you are going at a normal running pace the body gets into the mode of burning a certain rate of calories and these calories come from usually the legs and arms and not the stomach kind of area that you want to target most. When you go into fast mode suddenly the body feels like it is changed to a sudden high demand and that it requires extra energy from another source to meet it and it makes this source the stomach and related areas.
Must do this exercise atleast 3 times a week. Ideally every other day.
DIET:
It is scientifically known that all processed and refined food contains greater of a hormone (Leptin) that cause one to retain and gain fat. It is known the opposite is true for all natural foods.
Also we know that eating in the evening or very late the food is kept on the body as little activity is being done to burn it.
We also know a common rule which is that to loose weight, calorie intake must be less than calorie out.
Combining these things we get this diet for fat loss:
Eat only natural foods - no samosas, paratas, chips, burgers, pizzas, kebabs etc at anytime.
Eat less than you would normally per meal - i.e eat half a plate of biryani for lunch instead of the full plate.
Dont eat anything after dinner. If have to have something i.e a snack, then make sure it is something natural like a fruit.
If you stick by both this excerice and diet regime you will loose he weight.
However maintaining the discipline for whole two months is the catch. If you break up at some point you will go back some steps. So it is a physical aswell as mental battle.
So you have to understand this and make a room for this new discipline in your routine.
Though IT WILL WORK. I use this personally whenever i want to loose weight quick.
By very slow pace then fast pace I meant in terms of jogging and not walking. I.e you jog at a average rate then jog fast. At no part of this regime should one be walking.
You will loose the weight. However, it will not work if you do not follow the whole programme perfectly. So follow it perfectly and inshallah will loose the weight.
