What the hell. I am down to 98 pounds (I am 5’2.5) frm a very healthy weight of I-don’t-remember last year. I have not dieted, nor engaged in much physical activity. I eat relatively normally. My eyesight has also gotten weaker, my joints ache etc. What is going on?
Symptoms could be anything from stress (not so bad), to even diabetes (very dangerous if you're seeing rapid weight loss - could lead to a coma)....or something worse...who knows.
Also have your thyroid levels checked - you could be hyperthyroid - do you feel rushed a lot, and do your eyes ever bulge? Go to the doctor and have him/her draw blood to check ALL your hormone levels.
I agree with the above, you should see your local GP.... as for the syptoms you mentioned about your eye sight being weaker and bones aching... i assume this is due to a lack of iron and zinc, to remedy the problem take a multivitamin tablet, theyre available from all good drugstores and dont forget Omega3 and vitamin C.
Does rate weight loss / week depend on how much you have to lose? For example, a 300 pounder can lose probably 4-5 pounds a week but a 150 pounder shouldn't be losing more than half a lb?
^^:rotfl: chanda.. “cant eat cant sleep” ki waja say hota hay ye ‘love stress’ but alhamdullilah she’s married..
only thing that can (sycological) affect weight loss would be ..‘damn, kiya darwaaza band kiya tha?’ or like ‘oh no, khirki khuli to nahi rah gayi cooking ke baad, ghar thanda ho jayega’
