A wife being made to sleep with her husband (with no violence)

And what are your thoughts on males being raped by women?

Non consensual sex is rape. It includes 1,2 and males being raped by women.

I should have also asked are there ever any “grey areas”.. for example if the victim and/or the aggressor have been drinking or taking drugs..

If a person is being threatened and/or coerced into sleeping with anyone, or if a person is not in the right state of mind to consent (being high or drunk) and a sober person takes advantage of that it is rape.
A teacher sleeping with their student (if we are talking about high school here with underage students) is statutory rape. There is no reason why a grown ass adult needs to be chasing after and taking advantage of impressionable teenagers. If it is a college setting, then it is not rape but it is an unequal power dynamic.
Males can be raped by females. What is there to discuss about that?

Like, you ok when its happening, but sometime later, you conclude that you were not ok…and then report it as rape??
