well north india is pretty much same as pakistan as far as morality goes. delhi is between punjab and UP. this is the land where blaming women for everything and anything is the culture and norm among the uneducated.

I know there are some pervs in Pakistan, but I dont know if “Eve teasing” is such a huge issue, unless its covered up, which isnt unheard off. Would like some insight on this from the ladies on that. Cultural differences prevalent in Pakistan that govern interactions among men and women make comparisons between North India and Pakistan difficult.

South Indians seem like nice enough people, but the men dont seem to be any less horny then their Northern cousins. And education doesnt seem to be an issue. Japan for example has high literacy but you still hear of women being groped on their infamous trains.
