Absolutely not. When they closed, bulldozed his offices, shut 90 without any resistance, it is foolish to think rangers would have done that. There are still a number of die hard supporters of AH, they can sacrifice their lives without hesitation. Hanging such banners at key places is not a big problem for them. As long AH is alive the threat of extreme violence will remain in Karachi.
Putting up banners in red zone!!! I mean if one can put banners there, then surely a bomb van be planted, anyone can be targetted...

High Court road is just walking distance from Bruns Road (stronghold of MQM). This is the place, where during 2013 election campaiging, PTI's posters were torn. So, I don't think its a big thing that any supporters of MQM could place banners before High Court, which became unoccupied after office hours (as there are no residential colonies on the road).

Its a sensitive area, considering the bulidings like Sindh High Court, Secretarait and Sindh Assembly. But I don't think that putting up banners in any area for any party is a big issue in Karachi.
The road remianed closed for public for many years from the side where Sindh Assembly building is located, however, the other side touching Burns Road / Urdu Bazar area (near Sindh High Court) remained open for public.

Banners aren't same as bombs, anything that shows the true uqaaat of MQM rats, Rangers would probably allow it to run just to expose MQM to the rest of the country a little more. If anything Rangers is simply playing cat and mouse game with MQM, give space, chase, then capture. Give space, chase, then capture.
Despite the ban on Altaf Hussain's speech, why do you think TV channels were still allowed to run that Indian prick's anti Pakistani venom? It helps expose MQM. Eventually Rangers would take off the banners - that's not the point but by giving MQM a little space in doing so, they had made their point about the unchangeable nature of MQM rats.
Bottom line is that there is peace in Karachi simply because MQM terrorists are being suppressed.
A lot of MQM's unparh jahil and unemployed 'londey laapareys' are crying for MQM and cursing Rangers is because all their local gundey 'Bhais' in trouble hence all the favours and day time jobs' they used to have because of knowing some local gundey bhais isn't coming through. Thanks to Rangers and that explains the outrage.

This is laughable attempt by Rangers by placing banners in Sindh High Court and Saddar commercial area. How come it possible that 90 and Muqaa chowk have no banners but Sindh High court and Saddar Area have, while Rangers check point is very few foots away.. which is high security zone....

And btw, a lot of known resources are suspecting Faisal Wada group (the uncontrollable rebel faction of PTI) behind all these "mysterious" banners.
And these banners include those pro-Raheel sharif banners which said something like "Khuda ke lye jaane ki baten jaane do" with a caption "move on pakistan".
I dont think Rangers will be doing all these. Those were setup for few min and couldnt possibly achieve anything.

Watch the program aired on GEO … Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada kay Saath, especially from ‘26 minutes 30 seconds’ onward … and tell me how one can accept the propaganda that establishment does against political parties and how biase they are.
Think and tell me, if such things happens in a country even when media is partially free (thanks to Musharraf, who freed the media against all opposition), than what was happening in past when corrupts, crooks and thugs holding important posts in government, bureaucracy, Police, judiciary and other places …
Then tell what is the worth of such country for ordinary citizen, and why those who get victimized by police (as last story tells about victimizing of murdered victims as well as those three innocent who are in custody if police on charges of murder) … and think that if these victims do not get justice from anywhere, then what they should do other talk bad about unjust people holding public offices, talk about bad about country and system, and then pick up arms themselves against these injustices?
In Islam … we are ordered to fight (raise arms) against injustices, and if one is weak and cannot fight than one should at least mention that (what I am doing), and least one can do is consider these injustices as bad (hoping that others may raise their arms against these injustices).
On the other hand, if there are people who justify these injustices and do not even consider these injustices as evil that should end and perpetrators should get punished, than certainly these people are not Muslim, but are friends of Iblees and evil themselves.

Dude Sindh Secretariat is not Wagah border that you would have 24/7 patrolling of Rangers.
Most of the security is probably provided during the day when high level activities are happening there. Other than that, I reckon at night time there would be checkposts with armed guards but not like what MQM supporters are selling.

The last portion of this video is really sad. It is hoped that new CM Sindh will directly come into picture and order IG P Sindh to personally monitor this open and shut case. I can imagine the agony of parents of brutal murder of their handsome 27 years young engineer just before Eid.
