Obviously not everyone among rangers is a cold blooded murderer. No one even here even suggested it. I wonder why you would have to say that.
But it is well established that the law enforcement forces are in general out of hand in Pakistan. This incident is a visual proof of it. So something must be done about it.
Extra judicial killings are not done just by rangers. Police and others (eg, ISI) are equally responsible. Remember Kharotabad incident, and also Sialkot(?) incident where two men were beaten to death with sticks with approval from policemen present at scene.
Most people in our forces consider common folks little more than sheep, and carry on their lawlessness with impunity. That’s why they need to be taught a strict lesson.
