last week, after picking Heba up from childcare… we went down to the foodcourt. She always gets a cookie from Subway, which she doesnt eat.. but they give her one anyway (mostly free)
there’s this indian looking mid 20’s cleaner who works in the foodcourt.. well he has been there as long as Heba has gone to childcare.. and he says hi to her and waves… and does this tongue poking thing… which i find quite disturbing… khair, i wasnt ever too concerned about it
but last week as we were leaving, he came running and said he wanted to take a photo of Heba… I asked him why and kept pulling Heba along, but being Heba she didnt budge as fast as i wanted her too… so im not sure if he took a pic or not
but why on earth would someone do that? now im worried what he might do with the pic… besides that… why on earth would u do that?!
lol, some desi people don't know that they need to stay in their limits, no matter how cute a child may look, you don't touch or take pics of children you don't know.
Omgg my khala’s did that when they came here, and hollyy craap I was soo creeped out, not even at them, but the stupid lady who was giving them her baby girl.
i am so against random people taking pix, although this guy prolly just wants to show other ppl what a cutie she is.
let me be clear and say that if i was in ur spot, just bcoz im anal in this way, i would make him delete the photo.
well, i kinda walked away but my daughter was just standing there.
people shouldnt be touching ur kids in public nor should they be taking pics... im so careful about taking pics cus i dont want to offend anyone... i try my best to take pics where noone is in the background
If he works in the foodcourt and is there regularly, I would have a little talk with him next time I am there. Tell him you don't appreciate what he did & please delete the pic he took (if he did take a pic).
I would have a chat with him about it. I don't allow anyone to take random pics of my kids.
The other photo issue that really bothers me is when people take pictures of hijabi girls without hijab at ladies parties, then post them on Facebook. If a woman wears hijab, don't a picture of her without it unless you ask - period.
