Former Srilankan captain Arjun Ranatunga has decided to retired from cricket after playing for the team for a long time. Infact he played in Srilanka’s first ever ODI against India. He said his lifelong goal was to take Srlanka to their first ever World Cup victory, and which he did as a captain in 1996 when Srilanka won it’s first ever World Cup.
