Ramzan-ul-Mubarak

@OneYourMomWatnedAbout

It was not just one woman. There were atleast two who spoke about it quite harshly & one who was a bit rude. And the rest were just watching. Only one woman next to me was polite and tried to tell them to keep quite but they didn’t listen to her. about lesson 2, yes it has to do with Wuzu not Tarawih alone. But Tarawih is the only prayer which must be read in public. Other things which require Wuzu can be practiced at home by women.

@StrangeOne

Well they did it in the middle of the prayer. I think just before the last four units were started. They also objected to something else also in addition to the polish which I can’t recall now exactly what it was. All I remember now is that even though I did not allow myself to be discouraged by that bitter experience and still decided to go the next day, I couldn’t gather the courage to still go and have them object to something new. The problem was not why they objected but how they conveyed it to me. So just to avoid finding excuses for why I’m not ‘perfect’ like them, I thought it was best not to go. I don’t know of any mosque in Pakistan which has Tarawih arrangement for women.

P.S: “Sorry for inaccuracy in my post as it’s hard to be mistake free while typing through mob. Was just going to sleep but replying.”
