Those who plan on losing weight, lets log what we are eating and the calories we are taking and how at the end of Ramzan our weights are effected. Its okay to be over eating or eating wrong some times, do mention those perks as well. If i calculate incorrectly, let me know. Thanks!

Target: 65kg at end of ramzan
DD Roza#1: ~1200 calories]
Sehri: roti+ 1 omellete + 2 glasses of milk (with sugar & elaichi) = ~400 cal
Aftari: 1 bowl of fruit chat, 3 pakoray, 2 almond filled dates + 1 glass of rooh afza = ~ 400
Dinner: half plate chinese rice + 1/2 bowl mexican chicken = ~ 400
DD Roza#2: ~1150 calories]
Sehri: roti + 1 fried egg + 1 glass of milk (with sugar & elaichi) = ~ 400
Aftari: 1 bowl fruit chaat, 5 pakoray, 1 almond filled date, 1.5 slice pizza,a glass of pepsi = ~750
