It may sounds weird to some people but actually I keep my Ramzan very fruitful. Deen aur dunya dono k faiday
Here am not gonna talk about religious factor…just sharing what benefits I get for my health while fasting.
I have three resolutions this Ramzan starting from today. ( inshaAllah)
1: I BADLY BADLY need to quit smoking . Ramzan is Anti smoking month for me
2: Since I have put on som extra pounds so I’m gonna cut all the fried/oil/bakery/fatty things and stick to healthy diet so on eid day I look perfectly back to my shape and go onnnnnnnn…
3: Because I wont be smoking and eating any fattening or oily things:lifey: and drinking loads of water before sheri and after aftaariiiiiiii my skin will be restored and will glow too :jano:

i allready drink toooooooooooooo much water a day b’coz i love water
but i hate parathas and eggs and other oily oily foods
and me offcourse smocking nahi kerti
