im getting big fat acne under my chin, i think its to domwith all the fried stuff eat in ramadan, could there be a connection? avent had them for ages…

Are you drinking enough water? My skin is bad lately because I havent been drinking enough water :(

I've had some too, but I guess it's because of the waxing I had done on my face :D
But it could be general stress due to lack of sleep, odd hours...

I've read a few times that according to Chinese medicine ...the placement of acne on the face represents is associated with a problem taking place somewhere else in the body. I don't know how true this is, but it's interesting. For example, acne on the cheeks...represents the lungs. Acne on the chin represents hormones or is hormonal.
It could very well be diet. It could even be stress (which you've been under a lot lately). Heat..sweating..clogged pores...not cleansing face often or properly. Sometimes not changing your pillow case ...or use of phone (germy object) can cause acne around the jaw/chin region.
Could even be a combination of things.

i use to have same problem in ramadan but mashallah this year so far i have not got any acne/ pimple thats because
i avoid fried / oily food. at iftari , i mostly eat fruits and just 1-2 kebab, samosa etc
and yea i also drink as much water as i can

^ yes try to avoid pakoras and samosaas! eat fruits more !

My skin is scary looking at the moment, I don't even want to look in the mirror, on top of that...I gain weight in Ramadan, beautiful :)

^aahh same here, except the weigh gain , pimples nd pimples 
And its probably due to lack of water … i just cant drink much after iftar, i hope skin gets clear before eid or else i dunno what to do

You could try avoiding fried food - and drink plenty of water at both sehri and iftari times!

nadzz you are pregnant, hormones can also cause acne. I am also pregnant Alhamd and this time around, i have acne while with my daughter i had fresh glowing skin. Try taking extra care of it.

can u tell me what this besan haldi raw milk does for skin, and when u say raw milk u mean???(here in pak they get fresh milk daily, that?
