What can I eat in Ramazan during sehri and iftar to loose some weight?
I need to loose some weight. After two months I will go to Pakistan so I do not have much time.

eat porridge for sehri - that will keep you feeling full for a long time, will give you lots of energy and is very low in fat. it also regulates your blood sugar level so you burn fat for longer.

in the evening its easy to indulge but a trick is to eat something healthy but filling first and then see if you still want those pakoras! so have some low fat cereal to begin with.

Eat moderate and light things try to eat for sehri whole wheat cereal as this releases energy over a long time and will help you feel fuller for longer. Also for iftar try to avoid fried foods this will not help but don't restrict yourself too much. Drink a lot of water and also after iftaar try to do a little exercise. Don't exercise during your fast you will feel thirsty and light headed. Good luck

Once it's time for iftaar, don't start chowing down immediately. Have your date, water/juice, and maybe a light snack. Then stop, pray Maghrib...and then take a moment to think about how hungry you really are. Seriously. After you've had your light snack and some water, you'll be surprised that those hunger pangs that were literally clawing at you just 15 minutes ago have reduced considerably. You stomach's gone from "oh my goodness i'm TOTALLY EMPTY and I wanna eat a whole cow" to "i've skipped a meal and am a bit more hungry than usual." Then eat accordingly.

Most people make the mistake of having a massive meal immediately after breaking fast because their bodies are in starvation mode and are tricked into thinking that they're hungrier than they really are. These are usually the people who gain weight during Ramadan. But if you have something light and quick and go pray, that starvation mode feeling goes away...and you'll be more likely to eat a healthy portion of food.

And just because it's time for Ramadan doesn't mean you stop exercising. You just need to adjust your exercise schedule so that you're workout happens after iftaar (or maybe right before).

Avoid the fried foods... don't gorge yourself on food at sehri or iftari.

If possible, exercise after iftari/dinner.

In my suggestion sehri mein eik sei zyada chapati nahi lo and pani khanei k baad nahi khanei sei pehle and mid mein piyo like 2 glass khanei k bad kam sei kam lo eik bowl youghurt must lo sehri mein.Aftari khajoor k baad eik glass pani pee lo and khana itna khao k over eating na ho like bhook rakh k os k bad jub dobara bhook lagei tu pani peelo.or exercise must karo at least 1/2 hour like bhi kar sakti ho khanei k baad.

according to my experience, eat as much as u belly not feel over.mean no over loaded.
In my point of view it is best month to loose weight.just act upon little thing.
intake of rice and fried thing should be less.
intake of water as much as u can but in regular interval. like after 45 mins u drink half glass to quarter glass of water.
Also add juices and fruits in ur diet as they help u in digestion and skin.
at time of Sheri eat one roti and yogurt. u can take cereal as a light one. and at aftari u drink one glass of skim milk and date. and as **Mistral **said go for prayer and after this drink water. abut after half hour take ur dinner. as much as belly not feel full or over loaded.
after 7 days of such diet 8 day u eat fried things or paratha at Sheri. this will help u to loose.

when u r in the condition of fast, tight u belly inside and count 20 then loose it. increase the counting day be day. and after aftari walk at least 40 mins.

and last but not least, make a mind that u lose the weight. a strong resolution then u will see. my cousin has lost 7 kg in 3 months. as she has make a resolution.(irada)

yes u r right. u hv whole the night to drink. i know u will sleep definitely u will. but dear as much as u can.

and yah don't be constipation. u should ur bowl clean daily.it is also must.
