It was also sighted in Malaysia and Indonesia, if i am not mistaken.
Where i live, though, they have just announced that the first day of Ramadan will be Monday.

Go to www.icna.org and on the front page it states that According to Islamic Shura Council decision, First of Ramadan will be on Monday, October 27.

In Saudi Arabia its starting from Monday,27th OCtober.
Even ISNA said 27th, but we are going by 26th as our Imam for this srea said…We have sehri tonight…
