With Ramadan round the corner, most of us will be gearing towards preparing ahead of time.

I may replace the parsley with cilantro, add red chilli flakes and green chillies as well :smiley:

For me its just a thick omelette which has generous potatoes in it. By the way I recall making once this kind of thing with Qeema

^look more like empanadas.

A very easy, time-saving samosa filling is cheese. This way you don’t have to worry about cooking the filling, as is the case with aloo mattar and chicken/qeema, etc. Just buy a couple packs of your favorite shredded halal cheese, it can be mozzarella or a mixed-variety. They’re a hit with kids and adds variety to the samosay.

These are more known as Curry Puffs and they are usually considered Malaysian, Singaporean cuisine. As an international food they are readily available here in frozen packs.
