Ramadan Preparations.

So whathave you done to prepare for the holy month? And I mean anything and everything. From samosay to limited swearing (come on we all gotta swear some time :vivo: But we do try to not swear especially in this month)

I’ve made about 41 keemay kay samosay and 30 veg. ones…It was so hard :frowning:

We’ve cleaned up the house from top to bottom because it’s difficult going about daily things (school/work) and fasting so we don’t want to have to clean up all the time and tire ourselves out even more =\

What about you guys?

:shoaby:

Re: Ramadan Preparations.

I haven’t done anything so far :hinna: pehle ghar to chali jaon tab dekha jai ga :vivo: Mama ne sab kuch kerdia hoga :cb:

Re: Ramadan Preparations.

I have boiled some aaloos to make kababs out of them. They are sitting on the kitchen counter waiting to be peeled and mashed. That's all I have done so far. Will be getting the ready made samosas and egg rolls etc.

God I feel so phoharr. :(

Re: Ramadan Preparations.

I haven’t done much preps in terms of cooking, but most of the groceries are done. Hubby said, don’t know why you are shopping so much, kya ramzano mey shopping karna gunaah hai? :hmmm: makes sense. It’s just that initial excitement.

But I’ve cleaned up the house, which was already clean :bummer: and folded the 10 loads of laundry that were giving birth to baby clothes in my spare room. That was perhaps my biggest accomplishment.

I shall make some salan for sehri tomorrow.
