A prayer to Allah (swt) during Ramzan-ul-mubarak.
The prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has said prayer is a momeen’s hathyar! I am living proof that complete and utter reliance on the almighty yields virtues that is beyond ones belief.
So on the occasion of the beginning of Ramazan I pray to the almighty that may Pakistan always, always remain an independent and self-governing society/country. May Pakistani zameen always remain pak of foreign soldiers. May Pakistan’s development into a modern islamic state continue and may its citizens prosper in both deen and duniya. May Pakistan lose the firqa paristi that threatens to destroy the core of our great nation!!
Ameen ya rab-ul-alimeen.
Please include your ‘ameen’ either on this thread or privately; who knows which among us has the riza of Allah rabul izzat that He may answer our dua.

May this Ramadan inspire us to be disciplined in our lives and learn to be humble, and devote as much of our time to ibaadaat as we can with pure hearts.
May we be mindful of the piety that we must learn and be able to honestly seek pardon from Allah swt for our misdeeds
May the world, by our actions - big or small - as Muslims and Musalimahs,
become kind, honest and life constructive
May we give back to our home land all our devotion to make our communities and nations strong
May The Shab-e-Qadr (Lail-atul-Qadr) be filled with blessings for all Muslims and the whole world
May our younger generation be comforted and secured by the care we take of it.
May this Ramadan inspire confused people who fall prey to self destructive behaviors to realize the value of a healthy life
May we take all good initiatives to make our world peaceful, and take care of all bounties in nature
May we be caring for the less wealthy and poor and openly extend what we have, to share with others
May our older generations, feel a sense of relief and hope, by our caring actions and respect with which we take care of them as they age
May those of us, who have the means to, be able to safely make their trip for the blessed Umra and Hajj
May the hearts which are burdened by mistakes, be relieved of their sadness once they seek ways to change impact of their wrong deeds and own up to their mistakes
May we set a really good example for other people to lead honest, principled and truthful lives according to the teachings of our faith
May everyone be able to observe the rules of ethical dealings and fulfill the necessity of common human decency in interacting with each other
May none of us speak in an unkind way, or indulge in any wrong action with other people.
May this Ramadan end in a joyous celebration of Eid-al-Fitr. Amen.
