Oh yes, you bet, their will be phadda. Today is 29th of Shabaan, so Ramazaan could be on Friday, also. That means, pahadda hee phadda

It really doesn't matter whether it's tomorrow or on Friday. What matters is that it is on the same day (in communities). Moonsighting.com also says it'll be tomorrow in USA and Canada.
