Hmm… must be a regional thing. I remember eating it at different times of the year. Dad used to get pheni and rasgollas for occasions like us topping class, getting a bonus etc since. I have lost count as to how many times I have eaten it at weddings of relatives. I am not sure of other states but in mine we can find that in sweet shops year round.

Did you get chance to enjoy Iftari?
