It’s the blessed month of the year! And I shall be getting married IA after Eid
My skin is really oily and I have been an acne sufferer since 15. Now Alhamdulillah the acne has pretty much cleared up but I have a few deep seated scars left. I also have slightly enlarged pores.
With such a hot and humid weather here in Pak with the fasting and very less water intake I am having sporadic breakouts.
Any help on what to eat during this month and how to keep my skin healthy and glowing without breakouts?
Gina or MKD maybe?

Re: Ramadan & bridal skin care regime..
you can still have lots of water. Make sure to drink at least 3 glasses at sehri, and drink as much as you can at iftar and after that. Water is really important for clear skin. I have the same skin issues as you, and I noticed my skin starting to break out again. At iftar time, I drink 4 glasses of water, and the rest of the evening I try to drink 2 more. At sehri I can only manage to drink about 2.
Also, avoid fried food when breaking your fast. I know everyone wants to eat samosas and pakoras for iftar, but try as much as you can to avoid it. Eat fruit chaat, and have fresh fruit juice. Watermelon, canteloupe, honeydew, berries....these are the best fruits to eat for your skin, because they also have a lot of water content. and then have your dinner. also, dont touch your face!!! Only when you are washing it or moisturizing, and always make sure your hands are clean.
Good luck with everything! this is a very exciting time for you! Try to stay as calm as you can, cause stress causes break outs as well.
