How do you guys modify your exercise routines during Ramadan? When do you exercise and what kinds of exercises do you recommend for maintaining some healthy activity?

Well there will only be about 5 hours between iftari and sehri so I'll be going on my daily jogs about 2 hours after iftari or before sehri. It'll be pretty dark but it's not too unsafe here and I won't go alone. I jog for about 50 minutes and then do some abs exercises when I get home. I don't have to get up early for work/college so this is a huge plus for me. Otherwise, I'd have to sleep after taraweehs and I honestly don't know how I could've fit in the daily workout if I was also working full time during Ramadan.

Avoid taking nap after roza. May be right after roza..prepare for taraweeh..etc. And because time is pretty short..you'll see yourself active. And in ramadan..if you're not working..then go for walk here..there.

I am not working out at all during ramadan. But I will try to watch what i eat.
