Sehri :One kachay qeemaay ka kabab, 2 pieces of low cal bread, mini croissant with tuna salad, flavored yogurt, half a slice of chocolate cake, lots of water, vitamins and supplements

Mizsani, I had the same sehri! My mom felt like it wasn’t going to be enough, she might be right because we have four more hours to go and I am extremely thristy. The cold lemonade in the fridge is all I can think of right now…

Iftar and dinner: raw spinach leaves with half teaspoon of fat free ranch, water, diet sprite, one date, 2 thin gyro slices, grilled chicken with cooking spray, low calorie bread and bun, one cup cherries. Later gave in and had a small slice of icecream cake and one chocolate bar. Regretting the chocolate.

iftar= lemonade,2bowl of fruit salad,1 bowl of black channa,2aalo pakora,few chicken popcorns,1/2 spring roll later had dinner roti and qorma
day 2 sehri= watermelons and a glass of water

sehri: Scrambled egg, toasted slice(2),glass of milk, half cup tea,loads of water.
iftaar today would be: spring rolls,cheese samosas,onion pakoras,chicken n olives pizza, beef filled potato cutlets, fruit salad, china grass and Roohafza or Naurus.
Dinner after taraweeh would be : boiled rice with simple allo gosht salan and some mix veggies.
