when i download it ....it says my real player needs to be updated , when i want to update it says there r no updates ..!!!!!

are u not trying to play it using the JAVA APPLET (freedomaudio) that exists on the page already????
try saving the file and open the saved file with winamp (or windows media player) instead of real player....
