Its rally take worst shape then they destroy the properties of others and its never end in positive. Perhaps others who watch it in real or in news etc think the peoples living in that culture are not friendly nor its safe for them to be there.

Well when i first read the title to this thread I thought it was a thread about Rallysport.
I love rallying I took part in the 04 Mongol Rally and the 06 Thar desert Rally, look forward to doing the Paris Dhakar original and new rallies. 
Okay as for political rallies most of them go off peacefully, the real function of a rally is simply a procession from one point or set of points to a finishing point. Political rallies also make a statement or highlight a key issue and on the whole this is a good thing.
A protest is in many forms but ussually it stays around one area.
A riot is when an unruly mob congregates and creates mischief and ussually the result is that the area becomes a disaster zone.
In pakistan as well as other countries often a good rally is disturbed by elements who cause trouble and thus we see the terrible consequences personally I have no problem with rallies but I do have a problem when they are hijacked or turn brutal.
I understand that in Pakistan and many other places such rallies are detrimental to the communities, therefore there should be strict measures in place at such times not just on the part of the security establishment but by the rally organisers themselves.
I have attended several political rallies and always I have worked in co-ordination with security establishments and the rally organisers and the result is both co-operate together to stop the trouble makers ruining things for everyone.

I don't think the participants in rally r causing negative impact, some outside rioters take advantages and act in such way. Any Government must have a name list of all those peoples who participating in any kind of rally so whenever in case something go wrong they can catch the guilty one or atleast outsider won't be allowed to participate.
