My granny used to say a tale of seven bruvs and one sister . Us mein ek rhyme thee and it goes like :

Saathooo Bayaa ki Banjree
banjreee
tayre sathoo bahi ahay hain
ahay hain
sohnay ki suffli lay ahay hain
lay ahay hain
Darwazaa khol

yeah ek loin gatah hai story mein , jabh woh seven bros kahin gahay hotay hain or woh larki ghar mein akaylee hote hai or woh loin us ko kahna chahtah hai !
woh us kay bahiyon ki awaz mein yea gah kay us say door open karnay ko bolta hai

my Dad would sing... oh dear Iv'e forgotton the words :(

but it was something about a pari to come and instill sleep into our eyes... it was sooooo beautiful...

ufff Dush ! no point taking things that serious ! I wasnt picking Anu bahi , it was just sayin or sharing that these specific songs were very popular as background songs for bday / aqeeqaa sorta movies . And by movies i dont mean flicks !
