*When Raja Perwaiz Ashraf was a Minister who was removed from his ministry because of massive corruptions in the project and even SC of pakistan by name proved him guilty in the case, has once again taken over as federal minister in the Gillani cabinet. Which department of the government is he targetting this time ? Is there any department left in which we need his grand experties ???

I must say i don't get surprised anymore.

You go higher up the ranks based on the amount of corruption.
In all this madness, country and it's people can go to hell.
No wonder the ONLY genuine excuse PPP use is "People voted for us and we have mandate" Unfortunately jahils will still vote for these monsters. I was watching Shahzaib Khanzada's show in Gilani's constituency and illetrate fools were preparing to welcome Gilani when he returns after being convicted in contempt case.

One reason this guy is made minister is because Raja sahib was culprit in RPP Scandal and SC have ordered an inquiry kind of thing against him, since govt is trying to win the sympathy of PPP voters by saying SC is against them or SC is new tool of establishment, they are hell bent to take everyone who is under trial of SC or corrupt ( potential to get caught) in the cabinet..

ISLAMABAD: The reshuffle and expansion in the Federal Cabinet took place Friday as President Asif Ali Zardari administered oath to five federal and six ministers of state.
Qamar Zama Karia, Raja Pervez Ashraf, Farooq Saeed Khan, Farzana Raja and Nazar Mohammad Gondal have been appointed as federal ministers.
Malik Azmat, Raheela Baloch, Abbas Afridi, Samsam Bukhari, Tasneem Qureshi and Nawbzada Malik Amad have been appointed ministers of state.
Ten out of the eleven new ministers belong to the PPP while Abbas Afridi is a Senator from FATA.
With the induction of new ministers the Federal cabinet comprises of 34 federal ministers, 14 state ministers and six special advisors.

He became IT minister, so government can move some dough in the 3G license giveaway. 
It will be election time soon, and the federal government wants around $1 billion roundabouts so they can clear the circular debt and provide nonstop electricity, among other things. Expect massive corruption in the 3G license very, very soon.
Otherwise, this paindu has no technical or technology background to be given such an important ministry.
