We used to make it with eggplant and aloo. You dice both and fry them up, mix it into the yogurt and add the spices salt, pepper, zeera.

bahi, duniya mein kiya sirf ye 2 hi qisam ke raitay hote hain :( yaar please come forward with more raita recipes, I love it and I want to try atleast 5 different raitas on rotation :)
