Maybe I’m having a blonde moment but what’s the difference between the three?
And also, are prunes just dried plums?
I actually know the difference for some odd reason, sultana raisins are grapes of a white/cream color while currants are black grapes.
And prunes are dried plums.
But I thought sultanas and raisins are different things? So how can they both come from green grapes? Or do I just care too much?
Shahreen, just think of it as this way at the end of the day their all raisins.
Their not two different thing, Sultanas are just different in color but are a dried grape which is what a raisin is.
