Ok, you see the tree on the right side of the painting. I messed up on that one cuz I forgot to add darker color underneath so the tree ended up becoming the same color as the far ones on left (light green). So once I was done with the painting and everything looked fine, I went back and did the tree on the right side again.

Then I also messed up on the trees on the left side (far away). They looked fine before too but I went back and added the highlights to give its pattern. :frowning:

I am not too satisfied with the path also. This is definitely one of those paintings I am gonna attempt again :hmmm:

It is a lovely painting HHL. I say pick one or 2 focal points and create more depth if you want to modify it, otherwise it looks great.

^ Another thing I could’ve done was that I could’ve added more trees on the right side to show as if they were far away (just like the ones on the left side) but i wanted to try out this painting first to see if I can make the painting look rainy/foggy.

Now that I have accomplished this to an extent, I think I am gonna try something similar in the future (with few improvements) and few new elements ofcourse :hmmm:

Also, adding more trees on the right would’ve made the path look *straight *but I wanted to show the path turning and when the path is turning and there is a main tree near by, then you don’t usually see the trees behind that because they are hidden. That’s why you only see 1 tree on right side.
