RaiLo KaTTA

Who knows about the origin of this word?
Madhanee, I know you can help me find the roots of this word, come on man help a brother out.

I think it referes to the spare katta who is not carrying any weight but is an inspiration to other unlucky kattas carrying weight in a cartwagon.. they just drag along and other katas think that these are also carrying weight .. for example Kaka-Atum-Bum in gupshup.. most commonly used term in a mahala cricket team when the total number of team memebers becomes odd and the railu kaata plays from both sides..

No one else want to add any pearls of wisdom. Where are Chanmahi, Roman and Madhanee?. When you need these jokers they are never around.
