a proud moment, didn't this news get broadcasted a couple months back though, i read about this last year or is this an update about this issue?

happy for the people of jammu & kashmir, finally some good news, can't wait until 2015 when the rail link will be connected to the rest of india, the politicians finally got it that there was isolation for the people there

this thing will go through the highest bridge in the world. also it is the most difficult engineering task taken up by India.
I hope they start working on srinagar and jammu metros soon too.
