This dude is also pretty good…His album GHUM was pretty good and then his new one SABA RU also had some good songs like JAB TERI YAAD…n DIL TO MERA…but first one was better in my opinion…what do u guyz think…His pushto songs are also cool…infact he has introduced a new genre or whatever in pushto music…w/some modern pop music touch…poetry of his songs isn’t bad either…

He is not afghani...he is from Swat in pakistan n lives in Karachi.
Well I hope he does come over N.America on tour in the future. He seems to be a singer who you could really enjoy seeing live. I have all of his albums including the pashto ones. My fiancees family introduced me to his music and my understanding back then was that he was a small regional singer popular only in the Pashtoon community. But I'm glad he went mainstream, and I'm definately a fan of Rahim Shah.
