does anyone hav rahats muffins which she made last week with strawberries…anyone have any other nice muffin recipes…simple ones even?

i dont have the recipe..but i see a lot of threads/posts about rahat something. Is that show really that good and is the food he/she makes that appealing? Khair try foodtvnetwork for some recipes :)

**Strawberry Muffins
**1 and half cup flour
half cup sugar
2tsp baking powder
3 pinches salt
1 egg
frozen or fresh strawberries cut in chunks
half cup milk
quarter cup oil
preheat oven at 190 C
mix all the dry ingredients
make a well in the center and add milk and beaten egg along with oil and strawberries.
mix into a stiff mixture and place in muffin pans that are greased or paper cups. make sure each muffin has strawberries.
bake for 12-15 mins
