Pizza Paratha (Rahat Recipe)

Pizza paratha

For Paratha Dough
Plain Flour (maida) 2 cup
Baking Powder 2 to 2-1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water for Kneading

Mix all the dough ingredients like u make pizza dough

For Filling
eggplant(baingan) 1 big(cut in small cubes and fry in one tbsp oil till it turns a bit tender)
Spring onion 2 chopped
tomatoes 2 (deseeded and cubed)
Capsicum 1 medium (chopped)
Mozarella Cheese 1/2 slab
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 slab
Tomato Paste 2-3 tbsp(the one that is available in the market)
Salt to taste
Crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon
black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
oregano 1 tsp

In a bowl take all the vegetables,add salt,crushed red chillies,oregano,freshly grounded black pepper,tomato paste,grated mozarella and chedar cheese.Mix them from the dough make a small but fat 'roti',grease it with oil put some filling on it.roll it again and roll it up like a roll paratha then make a ball out of it again.Roll it with a rolling pin.Fry on 'tawa' on slow heat with some oil.

INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken, cut into cubes 1/2 kg
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
White vinegar 1 tsp

For Sauce:

White pepper 1/4 tsp
Chinese salt 1/4 tsp
Chicken stock 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp

Method:

Wash the chicken pieces, drain water and marinate them with salt, pepper, vinegar and Soya sauce and set aside for about half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until it is tender.
Remove and keep aside.
In the same pan add Soya sauce, sugar, chicken stock, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add the chicken pieces and let it simmer until it becomes a thick sauce.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with Chinese egg fried rice

take a blender jug cut banana in round shape
stawbery nector,,coconut milk..just few drops of food colour...
sugar 2tbsp... blend them equally in a glass put crused ice cubes
and pour all beverage is done okie

1\2 tsp ilaichi pwd,1\2tsp g.masala,2tbsp ghee,mixwell,,,,pour into chickpcs

****in a pan 1tbsp of ghee..we hve to chicken brownish color
onli 4 few mins then into oven

****baking time

****180-190oc

kibbeh (arabic dish)

qeema 1/2 kg

crushed wheat for binding, soak it and than mix it in qeema

black pepper 1 t.s

safaid zeera 1 t.s

for filling:
kabli channey
pistachio
almonds

qeema+ dalia (crushed wheat)+ all spices.

processer main dal ker process ker lein.

than mix chopped onion in processed qeema.

us ko filling dal ker oval shape dey dein.

than deep fry it.

method
few drops of oil add spring onion ginger garlic jus soute them
add boiled rice ,salt ,red chilli flakes, five spice pwd,pineapple, mint leaves,
pineaple syrup ,soya sauce,freshly mint pepper,gently toss then take out into
dish.........

method

take all ingre in processor jerk well

elasticity will remain

take foil put koyla in it

few drops of water and ghee at the same time

cover and lid for a while

shallow fry them on medium heat

make sure dnt use too much garammasala

Fish with vegetables on skewers

Fish with vegetables on skewers served with sesame fried rice
**
Fish 500 gm(cut it in 1-1/2 inch cubes)
lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
salt 1-1/2 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
in fish add lemon juice salt and black pepper,leave it for 10 minutes,then add "special tamarind sauce" just enough to cover the fish.marinate the fish for a while.
**For assembling:

capsicum (green and red) cubed
egg plant (cubed) fry it in a bit of oil
onion (cubed)
take a wooden skewer,put a cube of fish on it,then capsicum,onion,eggplant,fish,capsicum,onion,eggplant,fry it in 2 tbsp oil,pour some "Special tamarind sauce" on it,dish out.garnish with lemon wages and curry leaves.

For "Special tamarind sauce"
tamarind pulp 1 cup
dry coriander powder 2 tbsp
cumin powder 2 tbsp
ajwain(roast it and grind it) 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
crushed red chillies 1 to 1-1/2 tsp
sugar 2-3 tbsp
salt
curry leaves 6-7
black pepper (freshly ground) 1/2 tsp
Heat 2 tbsp oil,add curry leaves,fry them a bit,add tamarind pulp,coriander powder,cumin powder,salt,sugar,ajwain,garam masala,crushed red chillies,black pepper,let it cook a bit.ready!

Sesame fried rice
spring onion
special tamarind sauce 3 tbsp
green and red chilli(sliced)
curry leaves 6-7
boiled rice 2 cup
roasted sesame seeds(black and white)

heat just a bit of oil,add chopped spring onion,sliced green and red chilli,about 3 tbsp "special tamarind sauce" 6-7 curry leaves,salt,add 2 cup boiled rice,some white and black roasted sesame seeds mix it and serve.

CHICKEN BURGER:

INGREDIENTS

**chicken pieces 1 kg with skin
vinegar 1/4 cup
garlic powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
mustard powder 1/2 tsp
salt

METHOD**
**
In vinegar add all the above spices and mix it, marinate the chicken pieces in it for at least 12 hours or overnight, then put in strainer so that its excess liquid comes out.

in 2 cup plain flour add 1/2 cup corn flour, 2 tsp baking powder, about 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, a bit of salt, mix it well, roll the marinated chicken in this dry mixture, then put these coated chicken pieces in fridge for 2 -3 hours, deep fry them in medium hot oil with the lid on,
for zinger do the same process with the breast fillet,
on a bun drizzle mayonaise, then put the fried fillet on it, some chopped ice burg lettuce and close the bun.
cut the potatoes like chips roll them in the dry batter and deep fry.

Tips

  1. while frying the chicken pieces do not fry loads of chicken pieces at a time, fry 2 or 3 at a time.
  2. if you are not satisfied with the frying then after frying the pieces,put them in preheated oven for a few minutes but put them on the oven racks directly. **

Chicken mushroom steak

*Chicken breast fillet 2
salt and pepper
chicken stock 1 cup
cream 3/4 cup
plain flour 2 tbsp
onion 1 medium sized (chopped)
mushrooms 1/2 can (sliced)
capsicum 1 small (chopped)
soya sauce 1 tsp

chicken breast fillet 2 (flatten them with a mallot and sprinkle salt and freshly made pepper on it)
in a pan heat 1 tbsp oil,add 1 tbsp butter ,put the chicken fillets in it and cook from both sides so that its juices gets sealed in(you do not have to cook fully cook it).take these out in a plate.
in the same pan put 2 tbsp finely chopped onion,about 1-1/2 tbsp butter,and a tsp of oil,saute the onion then add 2 tbsp plain flour, cook it, lightly season it with salt and white pepper, add sliced mushrooms,chopped capsicum,add the chicken stock ,then add the cooked chicken in it and cook it a bit, cover the pan and cook it,add soya sauce,then add a bit of water in it and let it cook, then add cream.mix it add some more mushrooms and capsicum and serve.serve with saute'ed veggies. *

take a pan 3tbsp of oil add marinate chicken with include all masala abt 2 -4 hours when its get tender....uss pani mein pak jaye...lid them 4 a while....whole red chillie ,,,haldi,,garam masla cinium stick {Dar chini }kali mirch ,,dhaniya zeera pwd {roasted on fry pan}mix all masala ,,then add green onion & coverup them lilbit of water takay masala neche na lagay add spinch when u look its bubbling and sizzling add meethi sprinkle hara dhaniya green chillies and ginger juliancut &we dntuse artifical colour its look like very refreshingserved with naan rotti bolied rice

kindly mention the source as well after each recipe so that it can be figured out whether its authentic or not..if u dont mention the source then do verify that the recipe works well if u urself have given it a try.....because the recipes available on Net r not always authentic...if someone has tried only then it can be given a try...

the thread name is Rahats kitchen and u r posting recipes from net ,sanjeev kapoor,rahat...everything is just mingled up..try to organize the thread if u r willing to carry it...specify which recipe belongs to whom! that wud be easier for the reader to follow it as well ........
