can somebody tell me the timings of Samina's show on ARY. I am living in UAE.
By the way, there is 1 more show on Indus Vision "Kisan Pak Raha hai Kiya". The show is hosted by a lady Abeel alongwith a cooking expert "Rida Aftab". I have tried a few recipes. They turn out so well. The only bad thing about the show is they take too many live calls.
smile27 firstly i watch kisan pak reha hy kiya by rida n abeel but by almost 10 months i started to watch rahat's kitchen and found it more authentic than rida's recipe as i also tried many things of rida.

and Ibtehaal for you the aloo bukharey ki chatni by rahat is as follows::
** aloochey ki chatni**
aloochey ya aloobukharey 1kg (halkey rang k or khatey hon)
sugar 2 1/2 - 3 cups
sabat laal mirch 6-8
vinegar 1/4 cup
pan main pani daal dein or allochey daal dein.
jab aloochey naram ho jain to sugar daal dein.
or jab us ka pani thora reha jayey as sugar leaves water to vinegar add ker dein or thora thick sa ho jayey to pakana chor dein.
chicken pieces 1 kg with skin
vinegar 1/4 cup
garlic powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
mustard powder 1/2 tsp
salt
in vinegar add all the above spices and mix it,marinate the chicken pieces in it for atleast 12 hours or overnight,then put in strainer so that its excess liquid comes out.
in 2 cup plain flour add 1/2 cup cornflour, 2 tsp baking powder, about 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,a bit of salt, mix it well, roll the marinated chicken in this dry mixture, then put these coated chicken pieces in fridge for 2 -3 hours, deep fry them in medium hot oil with the lid on,
for zinger do the same process with the breast fillet,
on a bun drizzle mayonaise, then put the fried fillet on it, some chopped ice burg lettuce and close the bun.
cut the potatoes like chips roll them in the dry batter and deep fry. Tips:
1. while frying the chicken pieces do not fry loads of chicken pieces at a time, fry 2 or 3 at a time.
2. if you are not satisfied with the frying then after frying the pieces,put them in preheated oven for a few minutes but put them on the oven racks directly.
