Is a group of people from various ethnicities and sects living in Karachi and calling themselves Muhajir becomes one ethnicity or one race, just because they call themselves Muhajir? Well, even non-Muhajirs are now part of MQM consisting of various religion and culture.
If that is true then MQM is doing great job by bringing people of different races and ethnicities together and making them one unit, one community. If they would succeed all over Pakistan then it would be great day for Pakistan, as then we would have truly going to have one united Pakistan considering themselves one people united as one race/ethnicity.
I think that only racists would call a party consisting of people with racial diversity as racial party because that racist feels difficult to digest unity of human diversity and always look at himself separate from others. I am asking, because I do not think that Muhajirs in Karachi can be classified as of particular race/ethnic, as Muhajirs are multi-ethnic, multi-racial community, and a party that represents multi-ethnic, multi-race, multi-cultural community cannot be called ethnic/racists party. What I know, at present, MQM do not represents ‘only Mujahirs’ as there are elements in the aprty from almost all communities in Karachi, rather today MQM have voters/leaders in almost all parts of Pakistan and these voters/leaders are not from Karachi or Muhajirs but local residents. Robert: Obviously I am not racist, rather I believe on human as one race and children of one parent ... that is Adam and Eve, though they have different features, skin colour and have adopted different language, food habits, dresses and even characters.

Well, out of around 21 million voters who voted in Punjab, only 6 million voted PML(N) in Punjab, so how can saying anything against PML(N) is racial?
Did I said that Pathans are Nuswar khanay wala? On the other hand if I say to a Pakhtun that most who take Nuswar are Pakhtuns (or many Pakhtuns take Nuswar) than what is wrong there? Only an ignorant Pakhtun would take it as abusive.
