Usually, when a government bank or rather when the government corrupts the national economic statistics/figures, international organizations are able verify it - for example, when Nawaz Sharif was caught converting dollar reserves in to Rupees, which equals money stolen from expats.

It does need refreshing. Army was 90% punjabi according to the army's own stats not that long ago. But they fudged the numbers by including FC (and the new NLI regiment) numbers to decrease the % of punjabis.
