So many excuses for racism against Muslims....sigh I guess they were right. When your own people lack a proper identity others will take you for granted.

I'm from Quebec myself. I agree with CM completely. This is discrimination plain and simple. Actually, the niqab itself is a non-issue. As one radio show host rightly pointed out, the issue of the niqab is only being used to cover up real problems. Stuff like people dying waiting to get into the ER, really high drop out rate, out of control deficit and debt. This crappy government is already taxing us so much. Now they misuse our money and now they want to raise our taxes.
I know women here have been wearing niqab here since the last 10 years easily. It's not a problem and never has been.
