If Islam doesn't exists, yeah then this brother-hood doesn't exist as well, you can keep your eyes closed. I'm now sure that you don't read Quran/Hadith but that would raise a question if you really are a Muslim which I will leave for separate thread.

Islam is the path of truth. Anyone who is truthful can be trusted regardless of the status of his beard or Arabic speaking skills.

However brother only comes from from sharing family relationship. Anyone else called brother is simply a way of giving respect.

Uncouth tribals coming from Iran or Arabistan can no way be brothers of civilized people.
