dis-ease and a sense of instability due to real or created strain in distribution of time, wrong prioritization, humanly impossible myriad of tasks to accomplish and still being considered less effective and efficient, and never acknowledged.

Dushi, I once thought on similar levels. But now I realize its all part of the game. But then again is it a game? Well depends one's viewpoint. Consider them all missing pieces to the grand finale. On it's own it may signify nothing and serve as voids. But once u step back and look at the complete big picture of this yet to be unsolved puzzle, it'll all fall into place.
